Parenting Pre-Teens
July 24 - August 21 (five weeks)
Parenting Teenagers
The program will last from 6:30 - 8:00pm and will include dessert, a video and a small-group discussion. We will have a five week session on parenting pre-teens and then one immediately following about parenting teens.
Please pray that the Spirit will give you an opportunity to share this information with someone who could be blessed by it. And if you are a parent, I ask that you prayerfully consider attending the course and serving as a small group facilitator or even as a supportive presence.
The course, while based on Christian principles, is not overtly religious and would be suitable for friends who don't "do church" as well as those who do. Being an Alpha product, it is low-key, humorous, and encouraging ... and British, so some of the sports analogies are a bit of a stretch.
We have brochures you may take to give out to friends and neighbors. You can also help by signing up to be a group leader/facilitator or you can bring dessert one week.
