Outreach Program Guidelines

The guidelines can best be summarized as:

It must be self supporting; it must have a definite beginning and ending date; it must be reviewed during the operation to determine if the stated object is being met; and the proposer is responsible for organizing the project getting sufficient volunteers to carry out the project.
